1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a binding agreement between oklv and every person who uses the services of this website. By accessing the site, registering, or using any service, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

oklv reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. All users are therefore encouraged to check this page regularly.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To open an account on oklv and participate in any casino or sports betting activity, the user must be at least 21 years of age. Use of this site by minors is strictly prohibited.

2.1 Registration Requirements

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and the balances may be forfeited.
Information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and truthful.
It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details secure.
Opening or managing an account on behalf of another person is not allowed.
oklv may request documents for identity verification at any time.

2.2 Account Verification

To maintain a secure environment, oklv reserves the right to verify the identity of account holders. If verification is not completed, deposits, withdrawals, or bonus benefits may be temporarily suspended. The user is required to cooperate fully.

3 Account Management and Security

After logging into an oklv account, the user is responsible for all activity carried out. If any unauthorised access or suspicious activity is noticed, the support team must be informed immediately.

Sharing account details with any third party is strictly prohibited.
Leaving a public device without logging out is at the user's own risk.
oklv will never ask a user for their password under any circumstances.

3.1 Right to Close an Account

oklv may suspend or permanently close an account without notice in any of the following situations: fraudulent or deceptive activity; breach of terms and conditions; provision of false information; attempts to influence other users; or any unlawful conduct.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Designated payment methods must be used for financial transactions on oklv. Currently, bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are supported for deposits and withdrawals.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
Deposits must be made from the user's own verified payment method.
Depositing through a third-party account or payment source is not allowed.
If a deposit fails or is delayed, the support team must be informed.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
Withdrawals are generally completed within 10–45 minutes.
Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
To withdraw funds obtained from a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met.
In cases of suspicious transactions, oklv may hold a withdrawal and carry out an investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

oklv offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, and compliance with those terms is mandatory.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,200. To withdraw the bonus amount, a 25x wagering requirement must be met — meaning bets totalling ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be placed.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

A bonus is a benefit — it is not guaranteed cash.
If the wagering requirement is not met, the bonus and any winnings from it may be forfeited.
Any attempt to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts will result in all those accounts being cancelled.
oklv reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
Each bonus has a set validity period and will expire once that period has passed.

5.3 Other Promotional Offers

6 VIP Programme

oklv's VIP programme has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback benefit differs at each level. Moving to a higher level earns a greater cashback rate on weekly net losses.

Bronze level: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
Silver level: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
Gold level: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
Platinum level: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
Diamond level: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Cashback is calculated based on total net losses for the week. oklv reserves the right to change the VIP programme terms at any time.

7 Gaming Rules

All games available on oklv are operated on third-party provider software. Game outcomes are determined entirely through a Random Number Generator (RNG).

7.1 Fair Play Policy

Using software or technical tools to alter game outcomes is prohibited.
Any attempt to influence games through multiple accounts will result in all those accounts being cancelled.
If a connection is lost during a game, oklv will settle the bet in accordance with its set policy.
If an incorrect payment occurs due to a technical error, oklv reserves the right to correct it.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

It is the user's responsibility to know the specific rules of the relevant event before placing a bet in the sports betting section. If a match is cancelled or postponed, oklv will settle the bet in accordance with standard betting policy. In the case of a multi-bet or combo bet, if one selection is cancelled, a new bet will be formed from the remaining selections.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the oklv platform. If any of them are detected, the account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited:

Fraud, deception, or money laundering.
Playing games using automated bots or software.
Bonus abuse or collusion (two or more players working together to claim bonus benefits).
Operating an account using a false identity or another person's details.
Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
Fraudulent behaviour against the platform or other users.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

All data exchanged on the platform is secured through SSL encryption technology. oklv never transfers users' personal information to third parties for the purpose of sale.

10 Responsible Gaming

oklv believes that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not an addiction. The platform helps users maintain healthy gaming habits. This service is for users aged 21 and above, and access by minors is strictly prohibited.

12 Limitation of Liability

oklv provides the platform on an "as is" basis. The user bears full responsibility for any financial loss resulting from participation in games. oklv is not liable under any circumstances for indirect or consequential losses arising from gaming.

oklv is not responsible for losses caused by internet connection disruptions.
oklv is not directly liable for errors in third-party provider software.
oklv is not liable for service disruptions caused by unavoidable events such as natural disasters or cyber attacks.

13 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, the first step is to contact the oklv support team to seek a resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached through support, the oklv appeals process must be followed. oklv's decision will be considered final unless clearly proven otherwise.

Complaints regarding game results or bet settlement must be submitted within 30 days of the event. Complaints filed after this period may not be accepted.

14 Mobile App Usage

oklv's Android and iOS apps are available through official channels. These same terms and conditions apply to the download and use of the app. Installing the app from unofficial or unauthorised sources is not safe, and oklv accepts no responsibility for that.

15 Entire Agreement and Severability

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between oklv and the user, and replace all previous oral or written agreements. If any part of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.

If oklv does not enforce any provision of these terms, that shall not be considered a waiver of that provision. The user may not transfer their rights or obligations under these terms to a third party.
